In response to requests for low cost solutions to limited recruiting needs during a period when HR departments are stretched very thin, Bernard Hodes Group and RES are pleased to announce the 3 "A"s in 7 Days program!
Here's how it works:
Give us your specs and we'll find and forward you the ten closest fits as a result of mining a dozen job boards (including the big three) within three days. You rank the ten, and we'll contact your top three to confirm qualifications and level of interest and availability, then tee them up for the next steps in your recruiting process.
If any one of the top three is unavailable or uninterested, we'll continue contacting the remainder of candidates you ranked until we produce three. The fee for all of this is just $1,000 per spec. Turnaround time is seven working days, assuming you take no more than one day to provide us with the rankings. In the unlikely event that we come up short from the initial ten, we'll continue mining until three qualified and interested candidates enter your process.
