Alison
Alison has seven years recruiting experience, with over five years experience in the Health Care industry exclusively. She has been responsible for staffing Allied Health positions for a large, 1000-bed, non-profit health system as well as Nurses for a 100-bed hospital. She has experience with many unique recruiting events, which has resulted in numerous successful hires including fully staffing an Allied Health division within a 6-month time frame, a first time achievement at that particular health system. Prior to her dynamic career in Health Care recruiting, Alison held numerous marketing and sales positions, which, as a result, have made her exceptional in client/customer relations and contributed to her success as a Health Care Recruiter. Alison has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Alison enjoys traveling, fine cuisine, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Cathy
Cathy has a Master's Degree in Human Resources Administration and over ten years experience in Health Care recruitment. She has an extensive background in sourcing staff for senior management, the full-range of healthcare professionals including nursing and all levels of ancillary support positions. In addition, Cathy has a broad-base of experience in a wide variety of organizational settings. Her work environment covers anywhere from medium size hospitals to large healthcare delivery networks. When she is not wearing her "recruitment hat" she spends her time with her family, staying physically active and volunteering in her local community.
Renee
With over 5 years experience as a Health Care Recruiter and 30 years experience as an active Nurse, RRx Team member, Renee, can put her vast, hands-on clinical knowledge base to work for you! Renee has worked as a full cycle Recruiter successfully staffing a broad continuum of clinical positions, including RNs for Med/Surg, Oncology, Telemetry, Critical Care (including NICU), LTAC, OR, ER, Ortho, Neuro, Hospice and Home Health disciplines. Renee has also staffed for new Open Heart units, new hospitals and planned hospital expansions and has facilitated major recruitment events for clients on the national, regional and local levels. Being an international traveler, Renee is very culturally diverse and sensitive to the needs of her prospects. She remains focused on new and innovative ways to recruit the best clinicians for each recruiting assignment—those candidates who will thrive in a client’s particular culture and who have a proven track record of providing stellar patient care. She builds lasting relationships with her prospects and has successfully cultivated candidate pipelines nationwide. Renee holds Bachelor’s of Science degrees in Nursing and in Social Work.
Paula
Paula brings a Bachelor’s of Science degree and eight years of HR experience to our team, along with strong knowledge of employment law and employee coaching/retention. She also offers a significant background in contract recruiting for clients of all sizes in various industries including IT, Retail, Telecom, Administrative Support, Marketing and Healthcare (particularly RNs, LPNs and CNAs).
Kathie
Kathie has over 10 years of experience working in human resources, including seven years recruiting in the Health Care field. She has supported the initiatives for Nursing, Pharmacy, Respiratory, Cardiology, Obstetrics, Physical Therapy and Home Health. Kathie has also worked as a Contract Recruiter for an interesting array of public and private companies, including a large professional firm, financial services company, an employee-owned medical communications group, pharmaceutical company, and a local municipality. She is SHRM certified with additional training in employee relations, benefits administration and workers compensation.
Marcus
Look to Marcus for five years of HR management experience plus three years of recruiting experience, with one year as a Health Care Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator. You’ll be impressed that he interviewed and engendered commitments from 100+ men and women for enlistment into the Army and Army Reserve using active listening, sales and negotiating techniques. Marcus identified these candidates through Internet recruiting sources, cold calling, high school and college visits, soldier referrals and job fairs. He has also staffed hospitals, long-term care facilities and city school districts with qualified professionals for direct placement and temporary assignments. Marcus is extremely proficient in his knowledge of computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, employee referrals, cold calling, federal and local background checks, Joint Commission guidelines, and Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action guidelines/laws.
Andrea
Andrea comes to us with five years of recruiting background, with an emphasis on branding awareness, school relationships, and event activities for college recruiting programs. Her most recent role prior to RRx was serving as the Diversity Manager for a major, Fortune 500 financial services company. In addition to her work in the human resources realm, Andrea has a degree in Mathematics and has worked in several financial and accounting roles.
